A good day to all.
I am a simple college boy and is currently enjoying my life. And just like any typical boy, I am having some problems with the way my body looks like. I am a bit fat and I think this is the reason why I wasn't able to have a girlfriend even though I am now 20. Please help, I need to know any effective bodybuilding diet. Thanks a lot guys.

Man you need to check out the Philippines. You'll never see more, fatter American men than in the Philippines... and they all have a skinny hot girlfriend.
Being fat, ugly and unhealthy certainly doesn't keep the girls away from them.
But just take it slow and easy with some healthy food and regular exercise. Don't worry about your weight... just your health.
