| help!!!!started bodybuilding and new rotien BUT starting to get a belly? i dont want to lose size and iam on a good diet, iam getting bigger but so is the belly.how can i provent this with out loseing size, injuries over the years means i can run or skip. |
| How do you do your body building? At times we may thing in doing body building we are helping in reducing weight but the answer is no. Body weight loss comes from activities which make you sweat that is aerobics. Run, Jump That sweat to reduse weight. Consult a physiotherapist if no change. |

Hi Hilario, You may want to review your diet again because if you're on a good one, you shouldn't be storing those fat in your belly and thus, you've got improved liver function. What you can do is eat veggies which can help normalize liver's function by eliminating fat and these would include bok choy, turnips, collard greens, horseradish, cabbage, wasabi and watercress. Additionally, you could eat as more vegetables you like because they don’t have side effects. I hope that helps! |

Hi there, Have you tried cleansing your digestive system? We all have accumulated junk in our intestines. The most common cause of bloating, gas, and generally large bellies is caused from poor digestion. The best solution to this is to use a detox cleanse... this will 'clean' out the junk to allow for better digestion and a healthy belly. I prefer natural detox cleanse products, but that's a personal choice. |
| It would be better if you try to review your diet. At the same time, try to do regular exercise. If you really have plenty of time, you may do bodybuilding which can help you greatly in keeping in shape. You staying in diet alone won't help you much. It should be coupled by consistent exercise. Jenn has also a point. Detoxification can also be a great help for us to keep a healthy body. |
| Good point guys! first thing that you should do is to go over your diet first. Or you can actually conjsult a dietician about what foods are good for you. Professionals can actually give you advices cthat suit whatever kind of body that you like. Next, you also have to review your routine exercises. There are actually specific routines for certain body parts. These two should coordinate so that you will achieve your dream body. |
