| Why is it that many celebrities suffer from anorexia? Is it because they just can't afford to get fat and lose their sexy and slim looks? It is a pressure all right, thinking that one may lose their means of earning an income. I'm just glad that I don't have that kind of pressure though it is not an excuse to get fat. One needs to be fit all the time. |
| It is not good to crash diet and make your body suffer from all of the dieting that you are doing just to get fit and slim. Our body needs food for it to function well and you will be sick if you would continue dieting in a bad manner. But to those celebrities who are maintaining their figure, it is becoming a trend for them to have sickness maybe because of their dieting. |
| Hi there! There are various kinds of activities that one can engage with if they are into an act of improving their fitness side. I don't have any problem in maintain my weight but I am more conscious on the Health IO have today. I a, m not getting younger and I really like to be in a position where I can be sure of my health. | Persistent loss of appetite, I think, is not good for a person who wants to go on diet. There are a lot of ways on how a person can take balanced diet. It is still important to the right kind of food and takes proper nutrition for our body. I am also conscious of my figure, but I make sure that getting fit is not only superficial. Health is the most important. |
| I agree with you guys. We should learn to maintain our health but not to the extent that you are all left with bones. We should remember that we are also doing strenuous activities and we need to eat a lot of nutritious foods. I know that celebrities have images to maintain and so as their figure but they should also be aware that their body also need a lot of foods to eat to fight all the stress that they encounter every day. |
