We loose, gain, loose, gain, like a yo-yo, and we seem to gain back more than we loose each time. Each year billions are spend, by the consumer, on weight loss programs and foods. We are told to cut calories to loose the weight, but the problem is not loosing, but maintaining and keeping the weight off, once its lost. |
| It is difficult to lose weight but it is not impossible. I think that what is important is to lose weight the right way by eating the right type and amount of food and doing physical activities regularly like walking or biking. The second important key is consistency. It is a must that if we want to keep the excess weight off, to consistently live a healthy lifestyle everyday not when we only feel like it. |
| That is so true. If you just put your mind into loosing weight, then surely, you are to loose weight. As long as you do your best and as long as you have the discipline to attain that weight that you want, then you are to loose the weight that you had been always wanted. A good diet program that suits well to you would be a good help as well. |
