It really can be done, when people turned around and said only lose 1 or 2 pounds a week, they are wrong. You can drop a dress size in a weekend, we have had people lose, 9, 8 7 pounds in one weekend. What you put in is what you get out, along with your diet. You dont need to starve yourself, but there are ways to work your body, how it digests the food, how food reacts to each other. There is alot to learn about weight loss, and you wont find it in fad two week diets in a weekly mag, it will be a change of life, a healthier life, so if you ready to make that change come along to the weekend

Lose upto 6 Pounds or more in 2 Weeks but again, it would differ for each person.

Hey ! This is one of those healthy diets yet needs a lil bit of Sacrifice on ur part. It worked great for me though I'm not really Obese. Its absolutely safe but remember, this diet should only be followed for a maximum of 2 weeks.

Well, its quite simple. People really suffer from anxiety wondering what food to eat. First of all, get the thought out of your mind that you need to eat so much food to survive and secondly, think of it as your changing into a better you.

Alright, heres the Diet, its quite Simple.

The Diet =)

Morning : 1) Milk & a teaspoon of honey (No Sugar)

2) Salad - Grab yourself a Huge Bowl filled with Salad and eat to your hears content. You can add Green Sprouts, 1 Tbsp Olive Oil, Seasoning, Greens, Chopped Onions, Carrot & Mushrooms (No Corn/Cheese/Sauce though)

Now that you'v had your filling Breakfast, you wouldn't be hungry till the evening (Since a Salad's quite filling)

Evening : Snacks - You could try having a cookie or two

Night : Soup/Noodles - You could have a serving of Ramen/Noodles with Veggies OR if you think your fine living on Soup, you could have lots of Soup.

This is the simplest way to lose weight in 2 Weeks. Now I wouldn't say how much weight you would lose since it differs for different ppl but probably drops a Pant Size or more.

Remember, this DIET is just a Temporary Fix Diet. If you plan to follow it for more than 2 weeks, modify your diet and feel free to add in about 500 Calories more.

A watermelon fast (eat nothing but watermelon, as much a you want and drink whatever water you want) will take off weight FAST. You will also feel good (not hungry).

The question is whether you will clean up your eating habits and keep the weight off afterwards.

Who would want to eat the way you all are describing? I mean watermelon only, all day.. Boring! A salad for breakfast, Boring!

Two weeks in the hospital for heart surgery (and the bill) BORING. Carrying around a 400 lb butt... BORING! Feeling run down and emotionally exhausted every day... BORING!

Would you put gasoline mixed with dirt in your car? Mixed with water? Mixed with acid? I doubt it... because your engine is designed for Gasoline... not gasoline and that other stuff.

Why treat your own body so poorly?

dude, what the hell are you talking about? what does a car have to do with the human body? they are totally different. are you saying that you are support what the others are saying about the watermelon diet?

your body is nothing like a car. why would you even say something as stupid as that?

Hi there, I would like to join the conversation here about loosing weight fast. I doubt about the watermelon diet. But the salad is a great idea, I think if you eat lots of veggies and nothing else, you will not starve and at the same time you can eliminate all of those carbs. We have different ideas in dieting and loosing weight. We just have to know which one would work for us.
