You can add Green Sprouts, 1 Tbsp Olive Oil, Seasoning, Greens, Chopped Onions, Carrot & Mushrooms (No Corn/Cheese/Sauce though) Now that you'v had your filling Breakfast, you wouldn't be hungry till the evening (Since a Salad's quite filling) Evening : Snacks - You could try having a cookie or two Night : Soup/Noodles - You could have a serving of Ramen/Noodles with Veggies OR if you think your fine living on Soup, you could have lots of Soup. This is the simplest way to lose weight in 2 Weeks. Now I wouldn't say how much weight you would lose since it differs for different ppl but probably drops a Pant Size or more. Remember, this DIET is just a Temporary Fix Diet. If you plan to follow it for more than 2 weeks, modify your diet and feel free to add in about 500 Calories more. |
