| I hurt my knee playing football years ago but even now it hurts when working out. What I found to help with leg strengthening is mountain biking. It is relatively low impact while really working the quadriceps. |

| Biking has always my favorite sport. I love it because when you go biking you get all your body parts to move. This is what I actually did when I wanted loss some weight. And it really worked for me. Every weekends I do biking together with my cousins and friends. We do it for at least two hours.
