When we start doing exercises we continue it till the time the objective is to be achieved. But thereafter many stops doing the exercises. It is very important to continue doing exercise program and if you really need to shut down then there is also a proper process of stopping exercises. Comment #2 Kim (207.179.175.29) - I agree, I think that's why most people gain the intial weight back and then usually a little extra. Comment #3 sams from Health World - Thanks to Kim, I remember once while I was doing my studies, I saw a friend of mine gaining weight and at one stage seemed to be a person having a perfect health and figure. But later we observed he started gaining more weight and started facing lot of health problems. On enquiry we found he completely stopped doing exercises.
