| It is important for all of us women to be at our best shape as possible. I have two kids now and I gained lots of extra weight after giving birth. It is so hard for me to even loose those gained pounds due to some reasons. I find it hard to have regular exercise and I eat a lot because of my work as a mother and as a provider as well. But i am still hopeful that I can eventually loose weight. |

| I heartily agree with Marynor. Eating well while nursing your baby isn't just good for the baby, it's good for you. If you starve yourself when you're supposed to giving nourishment out, your body will go into panic survival mode and begin storing food as energy, also known as fat, so that it will have enough to give the baby. If you eat well while nursing, you might have to wait a little while to get back your original figure, but when you do, you'll have a healthy baby, and a healthy you. |
