Thank you so much for this video. It means a lot to me. This has always been a problem, my losing of weight. No matter what I do, it's really no working. I mean, from diet, no meal after six, exercise, taebo, everything, but nothing really worked. If it worked, the other or the main problem would be maintaining it. That's the worst part, you lost three pounds, you gain back five. Wow! So now, I have some tips to follow. I hope this time they work for me.

It is really hard to loose weight. And who does not anyway?

And for me, there would never be any other way to be healthy and to loose weight than to go healthy with the food that you eat. There will always be ways for you to eat and to be really stubborn following your diet routine. And so, better get yourself good foods at home to indulge. At least they are all healthy for you to enjoy, right?

Jou, I understand your problem, and I sympathize. However, I would advise you to focus more on becoming a healthy individual rather than an individual who weighs a certain amount. Only a health expert can determine (and even that is debatable) what is your ideal weight. And that ideal weight may be more than you'd prefer. However, if you are healthy, fit, and active, then even if you weigh more than your next door neighbor, you can be pleased with yourself.
