| Milk is for Baby Cows?Do you drink cows milk? Do you wonder why you feel fat? Do you wonder why you never quite feel right?Who are you kidding? Are you a baby cow? Why would you drink cows milk? Design to give nutrition needed for a baby cow to grow into an adult cow. Now, you are not a baby cow, nor is your objective to become an adult cow! Why would you drink milk? Because the milk sellers tell you to on TV? Of course when you were a baby it was sensible for you to drink YOUR mothers milk. That milk was designed by nature to help you develop and grow into an adult human. Once you were past the stage of needing that milk the flow naturally turned off. Haven't we learned anything? It is clear, though that we are turning into a national of cows (obese humans)! Observe nature and its not hard to realize the real need for milk... for babies to grow. You aren't a baby anymore. |
| Well, what do we have here a milk hater. I agree with you in some points don't worry. I believe that infants shouldn't be fed with cow's milk or any form of artificial milk, unless advise by your doctor. I think a country or various health organizations tolerate and advise milk consumption to both adults and children because it is beneficial. What I don't agree with you is how you attack it so much without showing evidences or studies that milk consumption is bad for one's health. |

| So what do you want to tell us here, that as adult it is not good to see us drinking milk? How about eating dairy products that obviously comes from milk? I have to agree with Milena in here, I think it is better if we just let our bad thoughts to ourselves and if you want to share here some health tidbits then better share them here in a nice way. |

I would not eat any animal products or bi-products, ie: meat, milk, cheese, dairy, etc.Look at the health care crisis around the world... it is because the hospitals are bad? No, it is because too many people get sick and need to go to the hospital. Why do you want to eat stuff that is bad for you so you can suffer through all that and the expense of it too! |
| It is best to feed babies with pure breast milk at least for the first six months of his life to ensure his strong immune system. You would immediately notice that breast-fed kids don't get sick easily and often have ideal weight. Breast milk sure has a lot of health benefits. On the other hand, those that are fed with cows milk early on in their life grow up to be sickly and sometimes, overweight. |

It is simple common sense that nature designed human milk for human babies and cow's milk for the nutritional needs of baby cows... not baby humans.What is such a concept so different to understand? Milk is also for babies, not adults. |
