This video gave me a good review of what I learned in Nutrition about the different type of fats. What I find really interesting about what Joe said is that 1. saturated fat consumption does not necessarily lead to heart diseases or high cholesterol; and 2. coconut oil is the only fat that actually helps one lose weight. That is actually great news for the Philippines and other coconut producing countries.

Really, coconut oil can help one loose weight huh? I do not know how coconut oil can possibly make you loose weight but I know for a fact how nutritious it is. There are studies that claims how beneficial coconut is and it is surprising to know that it can also help in loosing weight. I would really want to know much about the wonders of coconut and how it can help us to be more fit.
