Can we assume that Obesity is linked with Food habits or is it linked with heridity? I think it is more related to food habits and lifestyle.

Exactly.

When you grab that glass of milk... think about whether you are a human or a cow? (and the purpose of cow's milk...to make baby cows big fat cows).

When you grab that soda pop... think about whether it was made with the intention of giving you a healthy drink... or making someone's wallet healthy.

I think it is more linked to food habits and the lifestyles that we engage in.

Unfortunatley in this day and age, it is so much faster and convenient to go with fast foods or take out then to prepare big, healthy meals.

Heridity may have a little bit to do with it, but I don't believe it's the main cause.

I think if needed cow milk can be toned to suit specific human needs. It is a gift from nature to us. Regarding the soda's, time and again we hear negative news about them.

Maybe what you said is right, but I think Obesity is more related to heridity.I don't know what you think, but my idea can be proved by some cases.

That is why the USA is becoming FAT?

It has more to do with what we stuff in our fat little faces than anything else.

Eating habits are only one part of the problem.

There are 4 things that make us fat:

excessive calories

lack of physical activity

sleep deprivation

stress
