How many times should i do cardio plus these extra classes? I signed up for la fitness recently and are interested in these classes: yoga, pilates, body works plus abs and cycling. The cycling would be my cardio and it is a 45 minute class. I would be doing the other 3 (yoga pilates body works) once a week then add cardio (cycling) but I'm not sure how many times a week i should do it. Btw, I'm skinny and I'm only looking to tone up.
