What a nonsensical article. It suggests too much fruit is bad for you. Then it explains that INDUSTRIALLY produced fruit (generically modified) is overly sweet. The problem is NOT EATING FRUIT. the PROBLEM is the INDUSTRIAL production of fruit! |
That is so true. I think because of the way fruits are being grown nowadays, fruits tend to be a little not too good for our body. But fruits would never ever be bad for our health. And going for fruit diet is one good way to cleanse your body from all of the toxins that you have inside. And so, do not be misguided into believing that eating fruits, mostly fruits, would be bad for you.
I think so. We know for the fact that fruit are nutritious and good for health. But I think too much intake of fruit is also not healthy. Hence, it is important to have a balanced diet which include vitamins and minerals like protein, carbohydrates, and so on. But, I am also fond of eating raw food in proper serving per day. Thank you for sharing the post. Great day.
I do believe that it is not just industrially produced fruit that has sugar, but all fruit. A balanced diet is the key to good health, and just eating tons of fruit will not supply your body with everything it needs. Try it and you'll see what I mean. There are few fruits that have calcium, any protein, iodine, and other important nutrients. If eating too many fruits replaces foods that hold these nutrients, then you will be unhealthy.
It is weird as I live in Japan and here, fruit juice has the reputation of making you fat! The way the thinking goes here is that since many fruit juices are sweet then they contain sugar and therefore calories. That reason alone sends many Japanese people to water bottles over juices in flocks.
