| Hi there guys. I am very much concerned nowadays with getting fit and loosing weight. But the problem is that I do not have much knowledge as to the best recipes to consider. I have been researching online for some good recipes but I really find it hard to get a weekly recipe plan that I can consider. Hope you can all help me out in here. Thanks a lot and good day. |
| It is important to know the foods that people should consume in order to gain a good profit like a healthy body. I am conscious of my body and I had tried to tell my doctor about the issue I have, he recommended me to have a guidelines on the food I eat. I am really not sure if I can lead my self to that area. I hope it will be possible soon |
| I love collecting foreign recipes and let my family taste them at home. One difficult thing I encounter in cooking international recipe is the alternative ingredient I can use, but I have found means for it. I would like to try cooking Apple Dumplings. Check your weight mass composition, your BMI and then work upon your diet accordingly. If you are male, you must maintain your calories not more than 1700 calories. If you are a female then you must not go ahead of 1200 calories. If you feel you have put on weight then go for low calorie diet which consists of high protein, carbs and low sugar and fat. |
| It is really hard to maintain your weight when you have lots of food in front of you. You cannot resist but to eat and eat more. My father used to be a chef in a ship and he would often make new recipes of food that I really love. I hope that I can have a solution to my gaining of weight.
