| Effective Diet RecipesWe all know how hard it is for everyone to do dieting and especially loosing weight effectively. I think it is important that as we do dieting we still enjoy the food we are eating. Because it would be torture to eat not so delicious food just for the sake of loosing weight. Anyway, I am looking for some good tasting diet recipes, would you mind sharing here some? Thanks. |
| Here is one tasty diet recipe Abracadaquiri Pie Recipe To make crust, combine graham crumbs, sugar, and butter in a small bowl. Spray an 8-inch springform pan with non-stick spray. Press crumb mixture evenly over bottom of pan. Place crust in freezer while you prepare filling. Beat sweetened condensed milk and daiquiri mix on low speed of electric mixer. Add strawberries and beat again until well blended. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into prepared crust. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze overnight. To serve, run a knife around edge of pan and remove sides. Garnish individual pieces with fresh strawberries, if desired. |

An "effective diet" recipe is called "pie" and includes "sugar", "condensed milk", "daiquiri mix", "whipped topping" and "graham crumbs"?Eat the strawberries and skip the rest. Most delicious, more healthy, more easy to make. More sensible! |

It really takes hard work, persistence and a lot of sacrifices and more often than not, people falter somewhere along the way because of all the temptations around them and by temptations, I mean all the glorious food that we see anywhere we go. It's even harder if you have to go on a lunch or dinner meeting several times a week. But, no pain, no gain so if you really want to lose weight, you've got to sacrifice. |
| hi there! One of the hardest task is losing weight. I know, whoever wants to lose weight will definitely go through a lot of agony.
