Once I hear vegetarian diet, I always call to mind those fresh vegetables that my mom prepares on the table and I just ignore them. At first, I was really not convinced to merely take vegetarian diet, because I thought of more carbohydrates that help me grow faster. But Carl Lewis helped me realize that vegetarian diet is the best. The nutrition it gives to the body is superb. However, I am now concerned about my protein.

I have seen on a television program about these different vegetarian diet and it is great to know about the different ways to be a vegetarian. I would love also to eat vegetables and nuts only. And I look after to those people who already maintained a healthy body and a healthy outlook in life through eating only vegetables. I am soon to be in the same path of eating as they have.

I do not believe that the vegan diet is for everyone. Despite the positive results that it has for some people, I believe that the greater majority of people, especially men do need meat of some sort in their diet, surely not as much as some people and cultures eat, but some is needed, simply because our bodies are made that way, and we need those particular types of protein for rebuilding.
