| Well I grew a couple of pounds when i got pregnant last year but immediately recovered my figure after a couple of self-imposed diet which was recommended by my nutritionist. Of course followed by my gym workout and after four months I got it what I wanted. Why four months? Because my body still needed to recuperate, silly! | Hi there Mandy, you know what, you are not the only one who is facing that problem, believe me. And I would not suggest any diet or weight loss programs if you want to really loose weight you should get rid of those junk foods. You can eat lots of fruits and vegetables and it would also be great if you would also lessen your carbs consumption. Add up some good exercise and you are on your way to a much better you. |
