As the new year gets bedded in, more and more of us look for ways to bringing more balance into our lives. We want to get fit and do more exercise. We want to be more conscious of the food we eat and we want to get rid of the stresses and strains that plague our daily existence. Learning Yoga is one way that we can do this. I have to say that I am also into it right now. I am a very busy person and I find it hard to go somewhere to unwind and relax.
